Hi, I’m Elena.

Mon Atelier Collective grew from a personal appreciation for travel and the kind of spaces that stay with you long after you’ve left… the ones that feel not only beautiful, but comfortable, easy, and genuinely welcoming.
In my professional life, I partner closely with leaders and executives, helping them think through decisions that shape people’s experiences in meaningful ways. That perspective naturally carries into how each space is designed: thoughtful, intentional, and centered around how it feels to live in, not just how it looks. This perspective informs a thoughtful and structured approach to managing properties... where experience, detail, and long-term care are equally prioritized.
When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my family or exploring new cities and countries - always noticing the small details that make a place feel special.
